4D Créa owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

IRWINO is a trademark of IRWINO. The virtualised fire extinguishers and the fire hose reel are registered designs. IRWINO, FIRE VR, SST VR are registered trademarks.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from 4D Créa. Any unauthorised use of the site or any of its elements shall be considered as constituting counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3 – Limitations of liability

4D Créa shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the irwino.com website.

4D Créa disclaims all liability regarding the use that may be made of the information and content available on irwino.com.

Interactive areas (ability to ask questions through the contact section) are available to users. 4D Créa reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that would contravene applicable French legislation, particularly provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, 4D Créa also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).
