IRWINO welcomes you and is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your data through our website and our virtual and augmented reality applications (FIRE AR, FIRE VR, SST VR).

2. Data collected by VR/AR applications

FIRE AR, FIRE VR, SST VR collect:

  • Email addresses for account creation
  • Encrypted passwords stored securely
  • Unique licence identifiers
  • Training progress data
  • Application usage statistics
  • Connection logs (date, time, session duration)
  • Technical device information (Meta Quest model, OS version)
  • Device ID and IP address

NOT collected: biometric data, body movement tracking, camera feeds, microphone recordings, nor streaming of the trainee's view.

Website (www.irwino.com) collects via cookies:

  • Browsing preferences
  • Analytics information (pages visited, time spent)
  • Site performance data

3. Use of data

Applications: Authentication, account management, subscription management, progress tracking, quality improvement, technical support, legal compliance.

Website: Site functionality, preference storage, traffic analysis, advertising optimisation.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Data processing is based on: contract performance, legitimate interests, user consent, legal obligations.

Warning: Deletion results in permanent loss of access.
