Virtual Extinguishers for FIRE VR:

Extinguisher Testing

You must now test the extinguisher by spraying before being moved in front of the fire

The trainee must remove the pin and briefly spray into the air to ensure the extinguisher is working properly before being placed in front of the fire.

! Warning ! Teleportation will only occur after the test!

Setting Down an Extinguisher

You may want to temporarily set down an extinguisher, for example to check a door before opening it. This is now possible!

Simply press the left controller buttons to manually deactivate the extinguisher. In this case, the extinguisher does not fall and maintains its last position. The controller can be removed and the trainee instantly regains use of their hands to crack open a door or move around.

If they want to pick up the extinguisher again, they simply reactivate it.

International

Do you have English-speaking clients? An English language version of FIRE VR and a version integrating Swiss emergency phone numbers can be activated in the settings menu.

X: Go to the fire location

D: Go to the manual call point

W: Go to the emergency power shutoff

Y: Go to the assembly point

E: Go to the water spray extinguisher

U: Strike the gas cartridge (water extinguisher)

C: Go to the CO2 extinguisher

G: Remove the pin

P: Spray

T: Pick up the phone

A: Call the fire department

R: Hang up
